Philip has worked on over 100 stage productions as Musical
Director. Highlights include the rare and off-beat Carrie
The Musical for Stagedoor Manor, New York. Recent productions
include; Snow White (Camberley Theatre), Thoroughly Modern
Millie (Questors Theatre), The Cheeky Chappie (Union Theatre),
Sunsets and Mornings (The Castle, Wellingborough), The
Wizard of Oz (Richmond Theatre), Les Miserables, Nine
and Hair (Stagedoor Manor, New York), A Night Under The
Stars (Central Hall, Westminster), Bugsy Malone (Richmond
Theatre), Romance, Romance, Listen To My Heart and Jekyll
and Hyde (Questors Theatre).
Composing includes Thirteen Hands and The Good Woman of
Schezuan. As a performer Philip has appeared with the
D’Oyly Carte Opera Company and Whirligig Theatre
Company. He is Musical Supervisor for Songtime Theatre
Arts UK and an MD at the Liverpool Institute for Performing
Arts.
